Yes, that's me -- Scott Fowler. I'm a sportswriter and so I'm always on the lookout for a good story, like the one that happened the day Wofford upset Appalachian State in 2007. Appalachian State had upset Michigan a few weeks before, so the Terriers upset the upsetters, so to speak. It wasn't the biggest game I've ever covered, but it personified some of the things I like most about covering sports -- passion, drama and the potential
for something really good to happen
right in front of you.
